Welcome to ZevorAI! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ZevorAI, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. We may update or change these terms at any time, and the revised terms will be posted in the app. Your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of the App

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use ZevorAI.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZevorAI solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in compliance with these Terms of Service.
  • Account: You can create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. AI Disclaimer

ZevorAI uses third-party AI services to provide insights and guidance. While ZevorAI does not store submitted conversations, the third-party AI provider may process and store inputs as part of its functionality.

The information or advice provided by ZevorAI is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always verify critical information and consult a professional when needed.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its associated systems.
  • Engage in any behavior that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive to other users.
  • Impersonate others or provide false information while using the app.

5. Privacy Policy

By using ZevorAI, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the app.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

ZevorAI offers a 3-day free trial, after which users will be charged $12.99 per week (ZevorAI+) or $29.99 per month (ZevorAI+ Momentum) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Payments are charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Apple handles all billing and payments. ZevorAI does not process or store payment information.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

Refund requests must be made through Apple Support, as ZevorAI does not have access to payment processing.

7. Third-Party Services

ZevorAI integrates third-party AI technology to enhance the user experience. While we do not share personal data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes, interactions with the AI are processed by the third-party provider. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may also cancel your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • App Availability: We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times.
  • AI Limitations: ZevorAI's responses may not always be accurate or appropriate. You should always verify critical information before making decisions based on it.
  • Liability: In no event will we be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.
